Usage scenario: If you already have Google Cloud Translation API, you can access it in the translation settings. After access, the system will no longer deduct the number of translated characters.

Automated node data statistics

Add a “Data” button in the [Automation] – [Operation] section, click this button to enter the process data statistics page, which will count the number of triggers and the number of triggers for each process node.

Bulk mailing supports authorized mailboxes

In the [Customer List] – [Mass Email], the “Direct Mass Mail” function has been added, through this function, users can use the authorized email account to send mass mail, and the sending target must be the contact person corresponding to the email account.

Note: If the contact does not have an email account, re-import the email account in [Contact Import].

Usage scenarios: With this feature, when you use an authorized email account for mass email marketing, you can reduce the chance of marketing emails entering the trash bin and increase the marketing reach rate.

The chat plugin sidebar supports modifying copywriting

In [Channel Integration]-[Chat Plugin]-[Plug-in Decoration], the “Edit Sidebar Copywriting” function has been added.

Automate the action of sending invitations

In Automation – New / Edit Automation Process – Actions, add the Invite Evaluation action. (Note: This feature currently only supports chat plugins.) )

Automation supports triggering multiple web pages
